Peach Orchard is located in Augusta, Georgia and is LDG’s first development within the state. The 240-unit community welcomed its first resident in January 2018 and offers 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes to families in the area. The success of Peach Orchard has led to plans for a second development in the Augusta area.
